Did you recently purchase a Viking or Pfaff embroidery machine, or do your need to review how to use the embroidery machine's built-in software? In order to fully participate in the class, your embroidery machine needs to have the built-in functions covered in the class, or you may want to take this class in order to consider upgrading your embroidery machine. This class will cover using the built-in embroidery machine software for embroidery design. Depending on your Viking/Pfaff embroidery machine, Pfaff/Viking embroidery machines allow you to incorporate a number of embroidery designs into one final stitch out design. This class will remind you about the smart save feature and why or how to use smart save, as well as changing the color of the embroidery design or background of the design. For learning the embroidery design machine software, the class will cover some of the following topics (depending on the class): resizing the design, which may include or not included changing the stitch count of the design, design shaping, adding multiple embroidery designs to create one final embroidery design and how to position and layer the designs for correct stitch out of the final created embroidery design. An example of a complex embroidery design that was created from many smaller embroidery designs will be brought to class and discussed for issues to consider when layering and creating the embroidery design. This class is open only to Viking and Pfaff Embroidery Machines. Bringing your embroidery machine instruction manual is essential to fully participate in the class.
