Our in-house service department is ready to receive your machine during business hours. No appointment is required, and machines are serviced in the order received.

We require your power cord, foot control, bobbin case (if not built-in), a bobbin, and regular zig-zag foot attached (unless it is just a straight stitch machine) 

Please bring your machine into the store and have it checked in for repair.
If you have time and a printer available, please follow the link at the top of the page to the "Customer Work Order."  A completed Work Order Form is helpful when your machine is dropped off for service. Please do your best to fill it out as much as possible, but most importantly, make sure we have your name, best contact phone number, and email, plus the machine make and model.  We require your power cord, foot control, bobbin case (if not built-in), a bobbin, and regular zig-zag foot attached.
