 If you were a Jo-Ann's Viking Customer and don't have a Viking Dealer in your area to help you upgrade your original Epic 3 embroidery unit, we can and will be happy to help.

Do you wish to upgrade your old Husqvarna Viking Epic 3 Embroidery unit to the new Epic 3 Nordic Frost Version?

We have a trade-in program for you to do that.

We will exchange your current Epic 3 Embroidery Unit for the newly introduced and upgraded Nordic Frost Epic 3 Embroidery Unit. When you place your order, we will email you the documentation needed to make the upgrade. Our price is all-inclusive, with delivery of the new unit to your home and the old unit to us. 

The process will take two or three weeks from the time you order the new unit until you receive it. Depending on how quickly we receive your old unit, we offer an expedited return option at no additional cost to help speed up the process.

You will receive a brand-new Husqvarna Viking Epic 3 Nordic Frost Embroidery Unit, sealed in its box with the new carrying bag and all-new hoops. We will need your old embroidery unit, bag, and hoops back, along with a filled-out upgrade form.
