Mettler Silk finish 40 weight cotton is made from 100% long staple Egyptian cotton suitable for sewing, patchworking, hand quilting and machine quilting. The thread is slightly thicker and shows a beautiful decorative effect. Mercerization makes the thread stronger and heat-resistant and reduces shrinkage. Thread is colorfast. Assortment contains the following colors: 4, 830, 600, 959, 673, 790, 916 & 712.Mettler-Cotton Machine Quilting Thread Gift Pack is soft, lustrous, shrink resistant, safe to iron, colorfast and fade resistant and even boil proof.
